Wager Big and Gain Small playing Craps

If you consider using this approach you need to have a very large amount of cash and remarkable fortitude to step away when you earn a tiny success. For the purposes of this essay, a sample buy in of $2,000 is used.

The Horn Bet numbers are certainly not considered the "successful way to wager" and the horn bet itself has a house edge of over 12 %.

All you are playing is $5 on the pass line and a single number from the horn. It does not matter if it’s a "craps" or "yo" as long as you bet it always. The Yo is more popular with gamblers using this approach for clear reasons.

Buy in for $2,000 when you sit down at the table but put only five dollars on the passline and one dollar on either the 2, 3, eleven, or 12. If it wins, beautiful, if it does not win press to $2. If it loses again, press to $4 and continue on to eight dollars, then to $16 and after that add a $1.00 each time. Each time you lose, bet the last amount plus another dollar.

Adopting this approach, if for instance after 15 rolls, the number you bet on (11) hasn’t been tosses, you probably should walk away. However, this is what could develop.

On the tenth toss, you have a total of $126 on the table and the YO finally hits, you earn $315 with a profit of one hundred and eighty nine dollars. Now is a great time to go away as it’s more than what you joined the table with.

If the YO does not hit until the twentieth roll, you will have a complete wager of $391 and seeing as current wager is at $31, you gain $465 with your take being $74.

As you can see, adopting this scheme with just a one dollar "press," your take becomes tinier the more you wager on without winning. That is why you must walk away after a win or you have to wager a "full press" again and then advance on with the $1.00 increase with each hand.

Carefully go over the numbers before you attempt this so you are very adept at when this system becomes a losing proposition rather than a profitable one.
